Susan Bingham born late 1890s Belfast - married George Blair 1913 Belfast

I would be very grateful if someone could please help me find out any information about Susan Bingham born 1890s, I think in Belfast.  I think she had sisters Mary Jane and Margaret and perhaps a brother George. 
I think she married George Blair in 1913 in Belfast - not sure what happened about that marriage as she married again in Belfast in 1922 to Robert Jamieson and had a son John Jamieson born 1924.
I am researching this for my cousin who is the daughter of John Jamieson.

I don’t see a death in Northern Ireland for George Blair in Northern Ireland 1914- 1922. Could he have been killed in the war? Susan’s 2nd marriage certificate should tell you whether she was a widow. Her second marriage was on 21st Oct 1922 in Belfast. That certificate is not on-line free.
