I am opening a new thread to see if there is any interest in having a St. Anthony's Primary School (Millfield) Re-Union in 2009.

Well Ourjoe that's 5 of us in a couple of minutes. The ball is rolling. We should maybe write to the papers and publicise the idea in the new year and see how far we go. We could put all the Roll Books on view. O0 O0

Seamie, I'll put those fotos up soon.     I was talking to Tommy McNulty and he said he would give a hand organising a school Re-Union are you interested in helping?

Sorry Maggie, my records only go back to late 1939.  The records you seek will be in the Public Records Office in Balmoral Avenue.

An update on this suggestion and for those that are interested, over 2 dozen people have been in touch  with me and it looks like we will be having a Re-Union. be organising a planning meeting for February to set up an organising committee.
