Well Giannineo I'm 58 as well and less of the old.

I'm trying to remember who you would be because I know a lot of the people you talk about .

The Dalzells, Michael Hull(he just passed away there I believe) I know all the McGarrigle girls Elizabeth was the eldest,Denise,Maria and Cecilia)
The Mcgookins, the Marshalls ,the McAllisters,the Minnis's.

babs, I am one of the Dalzells who lived next door to the Hulls(Anne, Kathleen, Lynne and Michael who indeed died a fortnight ago) Dick Hull the father still lives in No.8....Billy Minnis lived next door to Trevor Dunlop, Billy Mc Gookin, middle brother and Trevor lived in 7 next door to Bing Crosby...I was mates with Tom Marshall, he had 3 sisters and one was called Linda...thay all had red hair Tom went to Canada many years ago..Irvine Mc Allister still lives in  possibly No 24..hehad brothers Drew and Lance and a sister Eleanor ????
   I lived in 6 Whitehall Gardens with two brothers, Howard and Ormonde and sister Patricia...if you pm your surname I might be able tyo place you...if you went to ULIDIA YOU MAY HAVE KNOWN dAVID lOWRY AND rOBERT mORROW WHO WOULD BE 58. O0

Wow !!  What a small world, I remember Lynne Hull lived in Whitehall as well as The O'Neils, guys called Bobby Jones, Paul Taylor,  Brian Minnis ,anyone remember Martin Shields used to live in Haypark Avenue, I  remember all The McGarrigles specially Gerald he was gorgeous  ;D

Bonnie , I remember Bobby Jones who lived in the house on the corner of the Parade and Gardens .. dad was a bus driver and brother Davy joined the Army.I lived next to lynne Hull and she was my girlfriend when we were five..I have a photo of me pushing Lynne in a pram when she was about four...she lives up around Glen something above Newtownbreda.
    tera, nope, didn't have ought to do with Bredagh footie....Although I did the feetie in Mt. Oriel Clinic :)

nope, didn't play footie at the flats.

 ni bnf, I distinctly remember oul Joe on the  pedal fridge and making a noise on the bugle...his oul ice cream was not the best , same with his chips and fish. .Rio in Walmer Street did the best pasties O0

being such a modest person i tend to blend into the background.
i think the nearest you got to a good pasty was passing ritchies on
the castlereagh.
