HELLO EVERYONE!
YOU ALL SEEM TO BE KEEPING ON THE GO OVER THERE AND BUSY!
LIZ THAT`S GOOD YOU HAVE THE VAN ORGANISED FOR YOUR TRIPS
OUT.HOPE ALL GOES WELL FOR YOU AND THAT YOU ALSO HAVE SOME
NICE CATCHUPS AND SNACKS WITH YOUR FRIENDS.
MCD THAT WAS FORTUNATE YOU WERE NOT CHOSEN FOR JURY SERVICE.
YOU SEEM TO HAVE PLENTY ON YOUR PLATE WITHOUT THE DISRUPTION.
I HAVE NEVER BEEN CALLED MYSELF-A FRIEND WAS AND THE CASE TOOK
5 WEEKS-THIS WAS MANY YEARS AGO-AND THE JURY HAD TO STAY IN A
HOTEL FOR THAT PERIOD!IT WAS A BIG CASE IN LONDON WHERE HE WAS
RESIDENT.IT CAUSED ALL KINDS OF PROBLEMS FOR HIM BOTH WORK AND
FAMILY.
KJC-YOUR COMING INTO YOUR SUMMER ARE YOU NOT?MY NIECE LIVES IN
SYDNEY AND SHE SAYS THEY HAVE HAD A LOT OF RAIN-WHICH THEY NEED
FOR THE FARMERS.SHE AND HER HUSBAND WERE GIVEN THE CHANCE TO

TRANSFER FROM LONDON FOR TWO YEARS-WITH THE OPTION OF LONGER
IF THEY
WISHED.THEY LIVED IN SURREY HILLS
-DECIDED TO STAY ON AND HAVE DANIEL 3 IN JANUARY AND ANNA WHO IS
1 AND MOVED TO COOGEE.THEY ALL JUST LOVE IT THERE.HER MUM IS GOING
DOWN ON NOVEMBER 15 FOR 3 WEEKS TO SEE THEM ALL.
RUBY YOUR KEPT ON THE GO-THE THANKSGIVING DINNER COURTESY OF KAREN
SOUNDED THE BUSINESS!LOVED THE SOUND OF YOUR HAM AND LITTLE BUNS!
WITH REGARD TO CARD PLAYING.ELIZABETH IS WELL INTO BRIDGE-SERIOUS STUFF!
I GAVE IT A GO MANY YEARS AGO BUT TOO `SERIOUS`FOR ME!SOME OF THOSE WOMEN
ARE SCARY!POKER-WAS USELESS AT THAT ALSO!HOWEVER,I AM A WHIZ WITH
`OLD MAID` AND `HAPPY FAMILIES`!!I LIKE A BIT OF A LAUGH WITH MY SOCIAL DODA`S!
YES,THE PRICES FOR GLASSES ARE ASTRONOMICAL HERE ALSO IF ONE GOES FOR
EXPENSIVE FRAMES.THE LENSES ARE DEAR ENOUGH WITHOUT THE FRAMES.
PERSONALLY I ONLY NEED GLASSES FOR VERY SMALL PRINT-SO I JUST GET VERY CHEAP
FRAMES-I ONLY NEED TO DO SO IF I HAVE BROKEN OFF ONE OF THE `WINGS`AND ITS
BEYOND REPAIR.
OF COURSE FOR ANYONE WHO WEARS GLASSES ALL THE TIME THEY OBVIOUSLY ARE
A DECORATIVE ITEM AND THEN ITS WORTH SPENDING MONEY ON THE FRAMES.
YOUR VERY GOOD GOING OUT TO STAND AND RAISE MONEY.ELIZABETH DOES THIS
ALSO -FOR THE LIFEBOAT , THE POPPIES AND A FEW OTHERS I CAN`T REMEMBER.
I NEVER GOT INTO THAT-I WAS ALWAYS WORKING OVER THE YEARS 24/7 A LOT,AND
THEN ANY TIME HAD TO BE DOING THINGS AROUND THE HOUSE/GARDEN SO NEVER
WAS IN ANY ORGANISATIONS-OR ON THE `COFFEE MORNING`TRAIN-SO NEVER GOT
INVOLVED WITH OTHERS REALLY.
THAT`S LIFE FOR US `LONERS`-BUT NO REGRETS!LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT AND
WORKED WITH SOME GREAT CHARACTERS-AND WE SOCIALISED AFTER WORK-BUT
NEVER OUTSIDE OF THAT -WHICH SUITED US ALL PERFECTLY.
OUR WEATHER IS REALLY GOOD IN MANY WAYS FOR OCTOBER NEARLY OVER.I HAVE
NOT PUT ON THE HEATING-OR LIT THE FIRE!THE AGA KEEPS THE KITCHEN /DEN WARM
-ITS ALL ONE-AND THE AGA CHIMNEY GOING UP AND OUT ON THE ROOF HEATS UPSTAIRS,
ALONG WITH THE HOTPRESS-SO STILL ABLE TO JUST WEAR LIGHT CLOTHES IN THE
HOUSE.AMAZING COMPARED TO YEARS PAST.EVEN OUTSIDE WINTER COATS ARE NOT
NEEDED-INDEED MOST PEOPLE ARE REALLY JUST ADDING A BODYWARMER TO THEIR
SUMMER CLOTHES!LONG MAY IT LAST!ALTHOUGH BAD NEWS FOR THE FASHION INDUSTRY.
I HOPE EILEEN HAD A NICE TIME IN SPAIN AND FEELS THE BENEFIT OF THE TIME AWAY
AND THE CHANGE OF SCENE.
HAVE BEEN HEARING FIREWORKS GOING OFF -BIT EARLY FOR THE 31ST!ITS A BIG THING
OVER THERE WITH YOU ALL IS IT NOT?USA MAKE A BIG THING OF IT-MATILDE GETS AN
OUTFIT ON AND PUMKINS ABOUND -CRISTINA HAS A PARTY PLANNED FOR HER AND HER
LITTLE CHUMS.ANY `TRICK TREATING`WILL BE WITHIN THE APPARTMENT BUILDING-

AT 3 WOULD NOT BE A GOOD IDEA TO SEND THEM OUT ON THE STREETS OF LOWER EAST
SIDE,NEW YORK!
WELL,SHALL GO NOW-HOPE THIS HAS NOT BORED YOU ALL STIFF!!!
TAKE CARE AND KINDEST REGARDS TO ALL OF YOU OVER THERE IN CANADA.

JILLY :-*
